We deliver orders across Pakistan through available courier partners.

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation. Charges may vary depending on location, order size, courier service, or store offer.

  1. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address to avoid delays or failed delivery.

  1. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our control.

  1. Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver the order due to wrong address, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number, or refusal to receive the parcel, the order may be returned or cancelled.

  1. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, tracking details may be shared after dispatch. Tracking updates depend on the courier service.

  1. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear pictures before opening it and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
